The University Computing Center held a ceremonial session to mark the 15 years Croatian Internet eXchange (CIX), a national center for the exchange of Internet traffic. Croatian Internet eXchange was established by the Memorandum signed on 8 September 2000 as a national center for the exchange of Internet traffic. The signatories of the memorandum on the establishment of CIX was: AT & T Global Network Services Croatia, the Croatian Academic and Research Network CARNet, Croatian Radio and Television, Croatian Telecom, Iskon Internet and VIP-NET.
CIX is hosted by the University Computing Centre which manages the CIX, operational and administrative.
On that occasion, premiered a short film about 15 years of CIX.
