Representatives of the University of Zagreb University Computing Centre (SRCE) took part in the Technical Leadership Program (TLP), a professional development initiative launched by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER), University of Zagreb, and the IEDC – Bled School of Management.
Using SRCE as a case study—a central infrastructure institution for Croatia’s academic and research community and a unique IT institution both nationally and globally—the program demonstrated the importance of systematic thinking, planning, enhancement, and management of IT architecture and infrastructure.
Presentations were delivered by Ivan Marić, Director of SRCE, along with Ivor Milošević, Ivan Rako, and Davorin Kremenjaš.
The Technical Leadership Program (TLP) is designed for STEM professionals whose roles require a blend of leadership and management skills, combined with expertise in research and the development of new products or services.
