SRCE Central User Support provides professional assistance, advice, and technical guidance in the use of digital technologies and SRCE services and serves as the first point of contact for related support.

The Central User Support team is available via email, telephone, and an online contact form. The online wiki (in Croatian) also provides detailed user instructions, technical documentation, and other supporting materials for specific SRCE services.

We aim to respond as quickly as possible. To help us resolve your issue efficiently, please describe the problem in detail and include the following information:

  • The name of the system or service you are using
  • Relevant details (ID, full name, and username for the system you are reporting an issue with)
  • The exact text of the error message (or a screenshot of the error)
  • The time when the problem occurred or when you noticed the issue
