At the Second University Lifelong Learning Day held on Thursday, 7 May 2026, at the University of Zagreb, University Computing Centre SRCE participated with the workshop “Using ISVU for the Administration of Lifelong Learning Programmes”. The workshop was delivered by Hana Miljanić from SRCE.
The event, titled “Together Towards Quality: Experiences and Perspectives of Lifelong Learning at the University of Zagreb”, was intended for vice-deans and representatives of committees/boards for lifelong learning programmes, lifelong learning programme coordinators, managers and staff of lifelong learning units, teachers and other interested stakeholders.
The workshop presented the capabilities of the ISVU system in the area of recording and administering lifelong learning programmes, with a particular focus on programme management processes, participant enrolment, status tracking, and the issuance of official certificates and diplomas.
During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to become familiar with the basic processes of managing lifelong learning programmes in ISVU, the administrative and technical prerequisites for using the system, options for recording programmes and participants, and system support for flexible forms of education and micro-credentials.
The workshop also highlighted the importance of higher education institutions in the field of lifelong learning, as well as the role of the ISVU system in the standardisation and transparency of adult education record-keeping processes.
