As part of the Information Support for Higher Education Registers service, University Computing Centre SRCE develops, maintains and manages two national information systems.
The Information System of Higher Education Registers (ISeVO) serves as a central point providing comprehensive, complete and reliable information on all elements of the higher education system in the Republic of Croatia. It represents the foundation for decision-making processes related to higher education at all levels in Croatia. The higher education registers contain a large amount of information on higher education in Croatia, including data on higher education institutions, study programmes, admission procedures and applications, students, diplomas and certificates, and higher education institution staff.
In addition to collecting, storing, reviewing and retrieving data from ISeVO itself, SRCE is also responsible for integrating ISeVO with the national information infrastructure, as well as for integration components that enable the delivery of data to the registers from other systems relevant to higher education, such as ISVU, NISpVU, CroRIS, ISAK and the Register of Employees in the Public Sector.
ISeVO is available via visokoobrazovanje.hr. In addition to the ISeVO web user interface, there is also the ISeVO REST API, which enables programmatic interaction with the system.
The ISPiK system supports two processes in science and higher education: the reaccreditation of higher education institutions and the monitoring of programme agreements.
Through the ISPiK Reaccreditation module, higher education institutions preparing for the reaccreditation process compile the analytical appendix to their self-evaluation report. This appendix contains a large amount of data retrieved from various sources, such as CroRIS, ISVU and ISRHKO, and is further enriched with data entered directly by users.
The ISPiK Programme Agreements module is a tool for monitoring the implementation of programme agreements, enabling the analysis of achieved indicators and the use of funds allocated through programme agreements. This module is used by research institutes, higher education institutions and the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth.
ISPiK is available at ISPiK.
