As part of the Information Support for Higher Education Registers service, University Computing Centre SRCE develops, maintains and manages two national information systems.
SRCE develops and maintains this system, which enables the enrolment of courses at different universities within the alliance and the transfer of necessary administrative data as proof of mobility and fulfilment of obligations, as well as some other functions, such as the establishment of UNIC student cards.
The Student Rights Information System (ISSP) records and monitors student rights per the applicable regulations and acts of the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth and the higher education institutions where students study.
ISVU is a complex system consisting of several separate modules, which support the standard activities of each higher education institution, and these modules are implemented using different technologies and intended for different user groups within the higher education institution. For example, Studomat is intended for students, the Teacher's Portal for teachers, and the Studies and Students module for student administration office employees. Modules enable editing of the central database.

Namely, MOZVAG is an information system supporting the evaluation procedures carried out by the Agency for Science and Higher Education (AZVO), including the re-accreditation procedure of higher education institutions. Re-accreditation of higher education institutions is a mandatory procedure of external evaluation of the quality of all higher education institutions, which is carried out in five-year cycles.

Ovim je završena prva faza izgradnje CroRIS-a, u kojoj su postali dostupni prvi programski moduli, koji se odnose na ove službene evidencije, kao i ostale osobe i ustanove iz sustava znanosti te administraciju kontroliranih rječnika i druge osnovnih podataka.
CroRIS is a central place that provides comprehensive, complete and reliable information about all elements of the science system in the Republic of Croatia and represents the basis for making decisions related to science and research at all levels.
CroRIS modules contain a large amount of data regarding scientific research in Croatia, including data about researchers, institutions, projects, research work, publications, products, patents, equipment and its usage, etc.
